CIM Alto Minho is developing the Territorial Program of Development of Minho-Lima (PTD), which was subject to delegation contract of skills by the Managing Authority of the Regional Operational Program of the North, and is a partner in the consortium Minho IN, formed jointly by the intermunicipal communities of Cávado and Ave, which also includes the Regional Authority of Tourism Porto and North of Portugal, the local development associations (ADRIL, Adriminho, Atahca, Sol Ave and Probasto) and hundreds of private developers.
